About the role
As a Senior Platform Specialist, you are the subject‑matter expert for the technical set‑up, day‑to‑day use, and continuous improvement of Dyson’s owner support platform across the website, app and customer‑service channels. You lead the delivery of new product content, train and onboard platform users, and design end‑to‑end support journeys that enhance the owner experience.Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of platform content for new product launches, including owning content builds for web, app, and customer‑service agent guides. Develop and maintain clear guidance and user documentation for the owner content platform, ensuring all users are trained and supported. Run operational processes that maximise the platform’s value, ensuring global scalability and alignment with business strategy.Act as the first point of contact for platform content queries from specialists, IT, product owners and business units. Report on platform capability, identify enhancement opportunities, and monitor performance against agreed KPIs. Collaborate with Dyson’s content outsourcing partner Hogarth Worldwide and internal stakeholders to design and write end‑to‑end owner support journeys.Integrate new platform capabilities (e.g., self‑service support, on‑site search optimisation, connected‑device integration) into content builds. Own post‑launch hyper‑care of product content, capturing and mapping feedback from market teams and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with IT to perform business validation testing for new owner‑support features before release.Qualifications
3+ years’ experience working with content management systems. Excellent understanding of issues affecting the owner experience. Exceptional Dyson product knowledge. Creative problem‑solving and a drive to enhance support content with new ideas. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead, manage, and deliver multiple projects with changing timelines.Proficient in Google/Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach. Ability to prioritise effectively and deliver results. Self‑motivated, proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a dedication to quality.Team‑player who collaborates effectively across disciplines. Benefits
