Job Summary

We offer a 3‑month Werkstudenten assignment in Corporate Tax for students with a background in Fiscale Economie or Fiscaal Recht. Candidates can choose offices in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, or Groningen. The role provides hands‑on experience in advising national and international clients within PwC’s Corporate Tax practice.Responsibilities

Provide tax advice on cross‑border corporate restructurings, M&A processes, opening-balance discussions, and interest deduction limits for international private entities such as portfolio companies of private equity funds. Advise large (international) family companies operating in the Netherlands, addressing matters for both families and businesses. Offer guidance to affluent individuals on wealth management, business succession, and inheritance.Support public sector clients—including healthcare providers, education and research institutions, housing corporations, semi‑public organisations—and contribute to societal issues. Collaborate with colleagues throughout the Tax practice and participate in professional development within PwC’s national and global network.Qualifications

Studying a bachelor or master in Fiscaal Recht or Fiscale Economie (3rd or 4th year). Strong command of Dutch and English. Ambitious, energetic, and motivated to become a successful tax advisor.
