Role Purpose Dentaid is seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to act as a key strategic and operational bridge between Corporate HR and the BENELUX region. The role covers both the Netherlands and Belgium and combines strong labour law expertise with a proactive, people-oriented HR generalist approach. The HR Manager will play a critical role in aligning corporate HR strategy with local execution while driving people development and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary HR lead for the BENELUX region (Netherlands&Belgium)

Serve as the key liaison between Corporate HR and local operations

Report directly to the Country Manager with a functional reporting line to Corporate HR

Provide hands‑on leadership across all HR operations and the full employee lifecycle

Ensure full compliance with Dutch and Belgian labour law, as well as internal HR governance standards

Manage outsourced payroll environments and external providers, ensuring compliance, governance, and data reliability

Drive and support HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, development, and organisational effectiveness

Partner closely with Administration and Operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes

Contribute to workforce planning, talent management and performance management processes

Provide data‑driven insights, HR reporting and KPI tracking to support decision‑making

Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR, people and organisational topics

Navigate and support organisational transformation and evolving business needs, balancing strategic direction with hands‑on execution

Profile&Experience Requirements

University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 10 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role

Strong background in both“hard HR” (labour law, compliance, employee relations, HR governance) and “soft HR” (talent development, engagement, organisational development)

Proven experience managing outsourced payroll environments and working with external HR service providers

Experience operating in an international and matrix organisation, balancing corporate frameworks with local business realities

Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, fast‑paced, and transformation‑driven environments

Strong seniority with a hands‑on, pragmatic approach

Languages: Fluent Dutch and English (required); Spanish is an advantage

Strong expertise in labour law, employee relations and HR operational governance

Ability to operate effectively within matrix organisations and influence across multiple stakeholders

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data, metrics, and KPIs and translate them into actionable insights

High level of rigor in reporting, follow‑up, and execution

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability

High level of judgement, autonomy and a structured, solution‑oriented working style

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with the ability to combine strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery
