A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven expertise in HR policies, processes, and employment law compliance. Experience in the ENERGY&NATURAL RESOURCES sector is advantageous. Strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage HR teams effectively. Ability to foster collaboration and build relationships across departments.
