2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office Your Profile&DNA: We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting, Integration&Testing Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM reporting, testing, dashboards, and integrations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience working with multiple Workday customers and demonstrate deep functional knowledge across various Workday modules. Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.Perform functional, integration, and system testing for Workday applications, reports, and dashboards. Create and manage system test environments for development and enhancement projects. Develop complex reports including: Advanced Reports Matrix Reports Composite Reports BIRT Reports Design and optimize calculated fields for workforce and payroll analytics.Scorecards Discovery Boards Prism Analytics Optimize Workday report performance and usability. Implement secure RaaS (Report-as-a-Service) reports for downstream integrations. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions. Conduct report security audits and access validation activities.Support production incidents, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests related to Workday reporting. Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities. Qualification&Experience Strong experience in Workday Report Building. Hands-on experience in Workday application testing including: Functional Testing Report Testing Integration Testing Experience working with multiple Workday implementations/customers. Strong Workday HCM functional knowledge. Workday ReportingReport Builder Custom Reports XSLT RaaS Reports Advanced Reports Matrix Reports Composite Reports BIRT Reports Knowledge of at least 2–3 Workday functional areas: Core HCM Compensation Talent&Performance Management Absence Management Time Tracking Payroll Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration abilities.Workday Certification from an authorized Workday Implementation Partner is mandatory. What do we offer?
