As a Customer Service representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support and assistance. You will be the frontline ambassador for the brand, engaging directly with Dutch-speaking customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries about products, orders, shipping, and returns in Dutch Assist customers with order placement, account management, and troubleshooting issues on the online platform Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM systemCollaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery Stay updated on promotions, new products, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

Exceptional in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential A minimum proficiency of B2 in English is required Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment efficientlyFamiliarity with CRM software and e-commerce platforms is a plus Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
