This is a critical leadership role at the heart of our growth agenda, responsible for accelerating eCommerce performance and unlocking new digital revenue streams across markets.You will shape and drive a digital-first mindset across the organisation, working closely with the Lipton Leadership Team and regional commercial, marketing and eCommerce teams. You will play a key role in ensuring our brands win in an increasingly digital retail landscape, delivering superior growth and expanding our reach to new audiences and channels.You will lead both the global eCommerce team and regional teams, building capability, driving alignment and ensuring consistent execution across all markets. What You Will Lead eCommerce strategy and growth delivery Own and drive the global eCommerce strategy, translating the Value Creation Plan into clear priorities and execution across markets. Deliver accelerated growth across platforms with the ambition to significantly outperform the total organisation.Pure play and platform leadership Lead the global strategy for online retail partners, including Amazon and other pure play platforms. Ensure excellence across the full digital shelf, including content, visibility, conversion and operational execution. Retail media and performance optimisation Oversee the strategic deployment of retail media investment across platforms. Drive continuous optimisation of content, targeting and spend to maximise conversion and return on investment in close collaboration with agency partners.New channel and segment expansion Identify and unlock growth in emerging channels including social commerce and affiliate. Develop and scale innovative approaches that position our brands in high-growth digital environments and new consumer segments. Global capability and community building Act as the global eCommerce expert across the organisation. Build and strengthen eCommerce capabilities across regions including Europe, North America, the UK, Turkey and the Middle East, and support expansion into new markets including APAC.Stakeholder leadership and transformation Partner with global and regional leaders, including General Managers and commercial teams, to drive change and embed eCommerce into the broader commercial agenda. Translate digital opportunities into clear business impact and mobilise the organisation behind them.Performance and insights management Own the global performance framework for eCommerce, including tools, platforms and reporting. Generate actionable insights that inform decision making and drive both short and medium-term growth. Who This Suits You bring strong experience in eCommerce, with a proven track record of driving growth through pure play platforms, particularly Amazon. You have a deep understanding of how to win across both B2B platforms and omnichannel environments.You are experienced in managing retail media and understand how to translate digital investment into commercial results. You have exposure to emerging channels such as social commerce and affiliate and understand how these can be scaled as growth engines. You have worked across multiple regions in global roles and are comfortable operating in complex, matrix organisations. Experience in North America is important, and exposure to APAC is a plus.You bring a strong track record of driving transformation, with the ability to build capabilities and create momentum in organisations that are earlier in their digital journey.
