Your role As a marketing&Office Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting both marketing initiatives and office operations. Your responsibilities include:
Marketing Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns Managing and optimizing the company's social media channels Coordinating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements. Analyzing marketing data and preparing reports Maintaining contact with external marketing partners and vendors.
Office Administration: Handling daily administrative tasks, including email and calendar management (Outlook). Managing office supplies and facilities. Supporting HR tasks, such as onboarding new colleagues. Organizing internal and external meetings and events. Providing support to the management team.
Who are we looking for? A proactive and organized team player who thrives in a versatile role. You bring: Excellent communication skills
(in both English and Dutch). Strong computer skills , including Outlook, Excel, and other MS Office tools. Experience with tools such as Canva, WordPress, or other graphic/marcom software is a plus. A keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks. A hands-on mentality and an affinity for marketing.At least MBO+ level of education or equivalent experience. Residence: In Netherlands
