develops and produces perfumes and on top we handle the worldwide distribution of our products. We run our business with a small team from our office and warehouse in the east of Amsterdam. We are looking for two Customer Care and Order Processing Specialists to add to our team.

Customer Care and Order Processing Specialist full-time

Job description: Checking and processing all incoming B2B and B2C sales orders. Providing relevant instructions to our in-house warehouse team relating to order handling and packing. Handling incoming and outgoing communications with (potential) clients and partners. It’s a versatile and dynamic job - new tasks or processes may be added to the daily routine on a regular basis.

We are looking for someone: With working experience in online customer service and/or online order processing. With very good comprehension of the English language. With good Excel skills (or willing to learn). With great general computer skills - we work with several different systems. Who is a problem solver.Who is precise, stress-resistant and a structured multitasker. Who is living in or around Amsterdam.

A big plus for us would be someone who also has: A good comprehension of the Dutch or Italian language.

We offer: Fulltime job - 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday. Working parttime is negotiable. Salary depending on experience and competences. A job in a small team within an internationally operating company. Pension scheme through the company. A 6 month contract, with the intention to extend and build on a long-term relationship.Company lunch on Fridays. Office in Amsterdam-Oost.
