As part of your portfolio as

Senior Manager: Finance Operations and Administration , you will be responsible to.: Implement and maintain financial processes, keeping abreast of latest developments in accounting standards and integrate into MTN Group accounting policies and procedures. Manage and oversee the Finance Operations activities which include Head Office Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables; will support Group Fintech FP&A Team on budgeting and reporting of MTN Fintech financial and non-financial KPIs. Work with the Group Fintech FinOps teams to ensure alignment between the Netherlands and SA entities and ensure knowledge sharing and efficiency creation.

The incumbent

must have

the following: A university degree in finance or accounting /bachelor’s degree in finance Chartered Accountant / Registered Accountant / CFA Post graduate degree in Finance and/or equivalent professional qualification Experience in creating automated dashboards via tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview etc.Proficient with Dutch/NL GAAP Experience working in a medium to large organization Has strong background on performance management and relevant tools Worked across diverse cultures and geographies Very good in English (written and verbal)

What will give an edge to your application: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (advantageous)) or / ACMA (CIMA) MBA or Masters Degree 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in with accounting for head office companies or relevant experience in finance or finance operations related roles in a telecom, technology or financial services environmentProven experience in working in Corporate/HoldCo HQs and stakeholder management Experience in accounting for complex consolidations in a multinational environment with multiple stakeholders and multiple input forms such as different currencies, accounting standards etc. Proficient with application of IFRS, taxation, and other requirementsIn depth experience in Oracle Hyperion reporting and consolidation An excellent command of the Dutch language
