Customer Service Representative– Global Logistics&Airfreight

The Role As our new
Customer Service Representative , you will be the primary point of contact for our key accounts. You’ll ensure seamless coordination of warehouse activities and transportation while fostering long-term client relationships.
Your Responsibilities Customer Excellence:
Provide accurate responses to inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and ensure every shipment aligns with client expectations. Operational Coordination:
Manage inbound/outbound warehouse activities and handle bookings via WMS/TMS. Documentation&Billing:
Organize import/export documentation and take full ownership of the billing cycle for your assigned accounts. Logistics Optimization:
Plan transportation solutions, monitor on-time deliveries, and troubleshoot supply chain challenges. Continuous Improvement:
Analyze metrics to refine processes and collaborate with Sales and Freight Forwarding to optimize results.
What You Bring Experience:
1+ years of customer service experience specifically within the
logistics industry . Skills:
Proficiency in Excel and experience with WMS/TMS systems. Knowledge:
A solid understanding of import/export and customs procedures is a major plus. Mindset:
A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a collaborative team. Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain clear lines of communication with external partners and internal departments.

A competitive monthly salary between
€3,000 - €3,300
(depending on your experience). Growth:
