Lead Trainer QA GMP

As Lead Trainer QA GMP you are responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of GMP and role-based training programs, ensuring employees are adequately trained and qualified.

Key Responsibilities GMP Training Content&Standards Develop and maintain GMP, Data Integrity, and quality training programs Design structured, role-based learning paths across departments Translate SOPs, regulatory requirements, and business needs into effective training content Ensure training materials remain up to date and compliantTraining Delivery&Implementation Deliver training sessions (classroom, on-the-job, workshops) Apply appropriate learning methods tailored to the audience and operational context Ensure consistent application of training standards across departments Training Effectiveness&Improvement Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and KPIs Identify gaps and implement improvements in content and delivery methods Apply best practices and innovations in GMP training Compliance&Audit Readiness Act as SME for GMP training during audits and inspections Ensure training processes support compliance and inspection readiness Contribute to audit responses, CAPAs, and continuous improvement actions Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary GMP training expert for QA, QC, Production, and support functionsAdvise stakeholders on training requirements and compliance risks Translate audit findings and regulatory updates into training solutions Align with department heads on priorities and risk-based approaches Challenge stakeholders on GMP behavior, training quality, and consistency Continuous ImprovementIdentify and implement improvements in training methods and tools Stay up to date with developments in learning and GMP training EHS (Environment, Health&Safety) Ensure safe and compliant working practices within the training domain Promote awareness of EHS procedures and standards

Your Profile Education&Experience Master’s degree (WO) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field 5–8 years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment Proven experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and training processes Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g. MasterControl)Experience in audits and inspections (internal and external) Experience as a process or system owner is a strong plus

Skills&Competencies Strong knowledge of GMP, GxP, and regulatory requirements Solid understanding of QMS and training processes Analytical, data-driven mindset (KPIs, compliance tracking) Strong problem-solving skills with a CAPA-driven approach Ability to translate regulations into practical processes and systemsExcellent stakeholder management skills across QA, QC, and Operations Structured, process-oriented way of working High level of ownership and accountability
