The Day-To-Day PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE· Has strong knowledge of the collection · Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities

BUSINESS· Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones · Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross- selling

OPERATIONS / STOCK MANAGEMENT· Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities · Supports the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards · Opening and closing responsibilities. Key Qualifications. · Previous experience in sales roles;· Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus; · Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts; · Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry; · Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;· Strong communication skills; · Willingness to evolve in the organisation; · Fluency&sophistication in Swedish and English, another language is a plus;· Digitally aware and open to new ways of working; · Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
