At Quentin Hotels we try to create extraordinary experiences for our guests. We are looking for a motivated Receptionist during night shifts who can help us achieve our goals.
Some tasks are:
Welcome our guests Check-in and checkout Handling incoming phone calls Provide the guest with information about what Amsterdam has to offer Stock the reception so everything will be ready for another busy day Dealing with guest complaints Handle all front office administration Ensure the lobby is well presentedEnsure all of our guests are satisfied
You have some previous hospitality experience You have excellent hospitality– and communication skills. English is required; it would be great if you speak another language as well You love to work with people You are responsible You show a flexible mindset, taking into account the needs and wishes of our guests during our varying eventsBeing hands-on and you act proactively to problems, issues, and or concerns
