About the Role We are looking for a bilingual HR POC to serve as the primary liaison between our company and our clients in the IT staff augmentation space. In this client-facing role, you will manage the entire human resources lifecycle for augmented talent while ensuring seamless communication with customer stakeholders.
This position is compensated on an hourly basis. Key Responsibilities Act as the
single HR point of contact
for clients using our staff augmentation services. Conduct regular
meetings with customers
to review team performance, onboarding, retention, and compliance. Manage end-to-end HR processes for external IT consultants (contracts, payroll, time sheets, feedback loops). Collaborate with recruitment and account management teams to align client expectations with delivered talent. Handle employee relations, performance issues, and administrative support for augmented staff.Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and client-specific requirements. Track and report
billable hours
accurately for payroll and client invoicing.
Requirements 3+ years of HR experience , ideally in a client-facing or agency role. Experience in the IT industry
(software development, infrastructure, cloud, etc.). Staff augmentation experience
is a strong plus. Fluent in English and Dutch
(C1+ both). Italian is a plus but not mandatory. Strong understanding of contingent workforce, freelancer management, or temporary staffing. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Comfortable leading customer meetings and presenting HR updates to non-HR stakeholders.Willingness to work and
log hours on an hourly pay model .

– fair, transparent rate negotiable based on experience. Flexible working hours (must cover core CET business hours for client meetings). Full remote flexibility. International environment with clients across DACH&Italy. Potential for long-term collaboration.
