Role Overview We are seeking a motivated trainee to develop into an AI Art Director. This role is designed for individuals with a strong visual foundation who want to apply their creative skills within AI-driven production environments.
You will work closely with our creative and technical teams to learn how to translate creative direction into scalable visual outputs using AI tools and structured workflows.
Key Responsibilities Support the development of AI-generated visual content (image and video) Translate creative briefs into structured prompts and visual systems Assist in maintaining visual consistency across outputs Contribute to client projects across fashion, lifestyle, and FMCG sectors Test and evaluate new AI tools and workflowsSupport the development of repeatable production pipelines
Candidate Profile Background in art direction, design, photography, or content creation Strong visual judgment (composition, lighting, styling) Demonstrated interest in AI tools and emerging creative technologies Structured and detail-oriented approach to creative work Proactive mindset with the ability to learn quicklyBased in or able to commute to Amsterdam
Preferred Qualifications Experience with generative AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, ComfyUI, Runway) Familiarity with digital production workflows Basic proficiency in design/editing tools (e.g. Photoshop) Interest in fashion, e-commerce, or brand content production
