Marketing Data Analyst– Marketing Mix&Audience Insights Eindhoven, The Netherlands

I am currently seeking for a

Marketing Data Analyst

to join a dynamic team and drive impactful marketing decisions through analytics, audience insights, and data-driven strategy.

This is a role where you will have a big impact within a global organisation, you will be resposible for a number of different Marketing and innovative projects.

Dutch speaking is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain

Marketing Mix Models (MMM)

to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize media spend. Support the design and execution of

marketing strategies , using data to inform channel allocation, messaging, and creative decisions. Conduct

audience segmentation

to identify high-value customer groups and uncover opportunities for growth. Implement

audience targeting strategies , ensuring campaigns reach the right people at the right time. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and overall marketing effectiveness. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams to deliver integrated, data-driven solutions.

Required Skills&Experience: Proven experience in marketing analytics, preferably with exposure to

Marketing Mix Modelling . Strong knowledge of

audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization techniques . Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau/Power BI). Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
