Inspired by tropical and Latin American cuisine and co-created by nhow Amsterdam, Selva is an award-winning rooftop restaurant at the 24th floor of nhow Amsterdam RAI hotel, overlooking the city of Amsterdam. Together with your team, the culinary creations, complemented by the amazing views, you will create the nhow experiences that our guests are hoping for.

What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

As a Selva Restaurant Intern, you will learn all about running a successful and award-winning restaurant, from creating the correct service culture, learning about wines and cocktails, working with story-telling, learning about new types of dishes and ingredients, and much more. As this is an operational internship, you will be working hands-on in the service and along the team. Furthermore, with your refreshing eye for detail, you are always looking for improvements.

Compensation of€ 750 gross per month for all your hard work, based on full-time hours;

What makes you the perfect fit for this bold journey?

Studying MBO/HBO school in relevant field;

Experience in operations and in food and beverage is a must;

You are ambitious to run your own place in future;

You have an eye for detail;

You speak fluent English; Dutch is a strong advantage;

You are living in or in a proximity to the location as you will be finishing between 23.30 - 00.30
