PR Manager– part time (f/m/d) Location: Amsterdam

We are looking for a part‑time (16–24 hours per week) PR Manager to join our team immediately. You’ll be joining the M+C Saatchi Amsterdam team at an exciting time of growth. The office opened in 2020, and this role is integral to building the team, shaping the culture of the agency, and delivering client excellence.

Responsibilities

Implementation of PR strategies: support the development and execution of holistic communication and PR strategies for our entertainment and sports brands.

Media Relations: write press releases, media pitches, and mailings, ensuring targeted placement in relevant trade and consumer media outlets.

Influencer&Talent Relations: identify suitable talent, coordinate partnerships, and support campaigns.

Event Support: plan and execute attention‑grabbing events and brand moments, including co‑ordinating venues, invitations, guest lists, press materials, budget management and managing suppliers to performance evaluation.

Monitoring&Reporting: track KPIs, create regular reports, and derive optimisation recommendations.

Project Management: keep track of timelines and budgets, coordinate internal and external partners, and ensure smooth project execution.

Network Development: maintain and expand our media and influencer network– both digitally and at industry events.

Skills

2–4 years of experience in PR, ideally with entertainment experience within an agency or corporate communications environment.

Strong understanding of media relations, journalism, and social media trends and a strong relationship builder: media/client/suppliers etc.

Excellent writing skills in Dutch and English; confident creating all forms of PR materials.

Have a strong understanding of how to marry client objectives with the current news agenda.

Manage and drive rich editorial opportunities including exclusives, interviews, features.

Strong conceptual and organisational skills, creativity, and a structured, solution‑oriented way of working.

Always think ahead and have your clients and brands front of mind.

Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a high level of proactivity.

First experience in budget planning, timing and project coordination is a plus.

Proficient in using MS Office and PR/Influencer Marketing tools.
