Partner Operations&Support Representative Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Contract: Fixed term (12 months)
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Onsite role (office-based)
Dutch Fluency required
Role Overview We are looking for a Partner Support Specialist to deliver high-quality support to platform partners through in-person and digital interactions. As a key point of contact, you will play an important role in enabling partners to operate effectively on the platform by providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless support experience.
This role combines customer service, operational support, and partner enablement in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-person and virtual support to platform partners at the hub
Assist with account setup, onboarding, and documentation verification
Troubleshoot issues related to accounts, payments, activity, documentation, and mobile applications
Educate partners on platform processes, policies, and best practices
Deliver a consistent, high-quality support experience while maintaining operational efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to escape and resolve complex cases
Maintain accurate records and follow internal compliance processes
Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
Comfortable in a face-to-face support environment
Problem-solver with the ability to troubleshoot a wide range of issues
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
