Internship - Learning&Development, Amsterdam

At Webfleet, we’re looking for a Learning&Development Intern in our Customer Success department at our office in Amsterdam focusing on soft‑skills development in our various customer‑facing roles. Day‑to‑Day

Manage and coordinate new hire training sessions, act as point of contact for various stakeholders involved in delivering training, deliver sessions yourself, organize feedback sessions and assessments for learners. Liaise with managers and trainers in the timely scheduling of training sessions. Assist with the development and implementation of course content, as needed.Apply knowledge of adult learning to develop and deliver experiential, high‑impact training and learning solutions together with our stakeholders. Document internal procedures and ways of working, and contribute to the creation of a monthly learning newsletter. Serve as interface to streamline soft‑skill training content and delivery, scaling to meet adult learning methodologies.Create an environment where all job responsibilities are in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization. Qualifications

Student at a Dutch university studying a bachelor's degree in Leadership, Learning and Development, Human Resources Management, or a related field (plus). Background in training and organizational development with knowledge of adult learning principles (required). Ability to identify training needs, develop training content and deliver training programmes (required).Project management/organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail, people, systems and processes. Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships throughout the organization. Data‑driven decision making in learning intervention. Experience with Learning Management Systems.Advanced level of English. Benefits
