What To Expect Tesla is accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy by deploying battery storage systems that power cities, stabilize grids, and charging infrastructure that keeps fleets running 24/7. The commercial energy&charging service team owns the uptime and performance of Tesla’s critical infrastructure across EMEA from Utility sites in the UK to high-utilization Supercharger hubs in France and beyond. When systems fail or underperform, we lead the response — fast. As we scale, we need smarter diagnostics, predictive insights, and intelligent automation built by people who understand both data and the realities of field operations. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for someone with analytical rigor and operational instinct, who sees patterns in service data and asks: Can we catch this before it fails? Can we automate the fix? In this role, you’ll lead root cause analyses, design AI driven workflows, and translate business challenges into scalable tools that improve repair speed, system availability, and service efficiency across the region. This isn’t a reporting role — it’s a keep the lights on role, with data as your lever and impact asyour metric. The tools you help build, the automations you launch, the fixes you drive will be used by hundreds of technicians keeping critical energy and charging infrastructure online across Europe. What You'll Do
Own End-to-End Operational Analysis: Lead analytics projects from problem definition to insight delivery, driving data-backed decisions across service operations.
Build Automation Workflows: Design and implement automations for operational tasks from ticket triages to root cause suggestions to parts forecasting and workflows etc.
Transform Data into Strategic Insight: Use SQL and Python to analyze large-scale service datasets; deliver clear visualizations that enable faster, more confident decision-making.
Diagnose Systemic Issues: Analyze repair trends, workflows, and downtime patterns to identify root causes and deliver scalable fixes across energy and charging systems.
Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Partner with field service, engineering and software teams to execute efficiency programs and deliver against core operational KPIs.
Bridge Strategy&Execution: Translate business needs&operational pain points into technical requirements to build resilient, automated,&scalable tools.
Advance a Culture of Excellence: Lead problem-solving initiatives that eliminate waste, challenge the status quo, and raise standards for speed, quality, and efficiency.
What You'll Bring
2+ years of professional experience in program management or data analytics/engineering role ideally in a fast-paced, industrial, or tech-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business or related field
Proficient in SQL and Python with hands-on experience querying, analyzing, and automating insights
Skilled in data and collaboration tools including Tableau/Power BI, Confluence, Jira, and other platforms used in modern, data-driven operations.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to break down complex issues, define root causes, and drive structured solutions through ambiguity.
Clear communicator who is skilled at translating business challenges into project scopes, aligning stakeholders, and driving shared outcomes.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, proactive in identifying risks, managing dependencies, and balancing tactical execution with strategic goals.
Self-starter who learns quickly, thrives with autonomy and manages multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
