sales, supply chain, finance, and logistics .

Aufgabengebiet

Managing order processing from receipt to delivery

Handling your own customer portfolio and building strong relationships

Coordinating transport and shipments with warehouses, production sites, and carriers

Proactively monitoring open orders and deliveries

Acting as the first point of contact for customers and logistics service providers

Collaborating closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Credit, and Logistics teams

Maintaining up‑to‑date customer data in SAP

Processing invoice corrections, returns, and credit/debit notes

Supporting Sales with reporting, analysis, and customer communication

Logging and following up on complaints and contributing to process improvements

Managing pricing and customer contracts

Supporting cash collection and monitoring outstanding balances

Anforderungsprofil

At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Order Management

Experience with the Order‑to‑Cash process is a strong plus

Excellent knowledge of SAP (order management and/or logistics modules)

Fluent in English

Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO level)

Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships easily

Accurate, stress‑resistant, and flexible

Proactive, customer‑oriented, and solution‑driven mindset

Vergütungspaket

Annual Salary:€46,000 (including holiday allowance, paid monthly as a separate component)

Health Insurance Contribution:€100 gross per month

Pension Plan: 3% employee contribution, with age‑based employer contributions

Travel Allowance:€0.23/km (up to 100 km total per day, based on 3 office days per week)

Working From Home Allowance:€2.35 per day (for 2 remote days per week)

Remote Working Policy: After onboarding, you will generally be allowed to work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays, depending on business needs.
