Assistant Housekeeping Manager

in Badhoevedorp.

In this role, you support the Housekeeping Manager and make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly from team coordination to quality control and planning.

What does your job include? As the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our Residence inn consistently meet the expectations of our guests. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and the team to deliver impeccable service and maintain the quality of our apartments.

You:

Support the Housekeeping Manager

in overseeing daily operations

Supervise and guide

the housekeeping team to maintain high-quality standards

Perform quality checks

on apartments to ensure cleanliness and functionality

Assist with scheduling, inventory management and ordering supplies

Train new team members

and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards

Handle guest feedback

and resolve housekeeping-related issues

Collaborate with other departments

to ensure smooth and efficient operations

A minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in serviced apartments, hotels, or a similar environment.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills in English

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
