Your Role You own our entire Dutch-speaking top of funnel: from first contact to qualified demo handoff to our Account Executives. And if you've got what it takes, you'll have a clear path to becoming a closer yourself within a few months.

What to expect

Qualify the leads our marketing generates every day

Multi-channel outreach: phone, email, LinkedIn, and testing new channels

Build sequences: form hypotheses, test, measure, improve

Actively shape SDR processes in a fast-growing startup

Onboard new customers

Top-performing SDRs have a real shot at moving into an AE role within months

Who We're Looking For

Native or C2 Dutch; Fluent English

1+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales, B2B SaaS preferred

Naturally competitive, driven to maximize output, and motivated by uncapped commission

Willing to temporarily relocate to Austria (around 1-2 month in Vienna to soak up our culture)

€60,000–90,000 OTE

(base + uncapped commission)
