About the role OpenUp is seeking a dedicated Implementation Consultant to help ensure customers have a successful first 3 months with the platform, laying the foundation for long-term engagement and satisfaction. The role requires a passion for mental well-being, along with strong interpersonal skills, technical confidence, and a customer-first mindset.

Facilitate onboarding sessions for HR users, leadership teams, and general users, dedicating 8 to 12 hours per customer.

Identify and engage executive sponsors for each account, building strong relationships.

Ensure leadership teams are well-acquainted with OpenUp so they can champion the platform within their organizations.

Guide users through the onboarding process and address questions or concerns.

Participate in the final stages of pre-sales to support a seamless transition to onboarding.

Focus on high Net Promoter Scores (NPS), speedy delivery, and engagement with key stakeholders.

Work closely with the Support and Customer Success Consultancy teams to optimize customer experience.

About you

Experience owning a project from A to Z.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Familiarity with customer success metrics, including NPS and engagement indicators.

Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.

Fluency in German.

A keen interest in or experience with mental health advocacy, especially within workplace settings.

Familiarity with project management principles and organizational skills to coordinate engagement initiatives effectively.
