That’s why we are on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves to build relationships and brings a passion for connecting people to our team.

You will be involved in all aspects of recruitment, from creating and publishing job descriptions and sourcing candidates, to coordinating and conducting interviews. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be more than just a recruiter – you will be our corporate influencer, the friendly face, and the first point of contact for all our candidates.

You will report to our Head of HR and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will visit and build relations with universities and study associations in the Netherlands and France, and organize in‑house events, contests, summer schools, and internships.

Although you will work with external recruiters, you will be the only dedicated recruiter inside the company. You should enjoy taking ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, and deliver results relatively autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the full-cycle recruiting process

Coordinate the vacancy pipelines, from attracting candidates, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, to talent sourcing

Manage candidate communication and ensure a great candidate experience

Be the first point of contact for candidates for a wide variety of roles (software engineers, traders, risk managers, expert jobs such as compliance)

Further develop and execute our campus recruitment activities

Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to meet current and future hiring needs

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing wishes and ensure optimal collaboration

Deliver great stakeholder relations for our preferred recruitment agencies

Maintain our ATS and candidate database (we use Tellent / Recruitee)

Create job descriptions for our career website and job boards

Who Are You

You have a minimum of 3 years proven track record in recruitment

You have an understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques

You are an excellent communicator and have great interpersonal skills

You know how to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

You are result driven

You enjoy interacting with different people from diverse background and professional experience– your positive energy and enthusiasm lead to connection

You are well organized, punctual, and proactive with your work

You love organising events and you have mastered this skill

You are tech‑savvy; you easily work with content management systems and Excel

You are fluent in English, both spoken and written

You have a bachelor's or master’s degree
