What To Expect As a Lease Maturity Customer Support Specialist, you will help manage Tesla’s EMEA leasing program. Along with acting as a primary point of contact for customers on more complex inquiries, you will also collaborate with internal and external Tesla teams to service the portfolio.
The right person for this job is experienced with customer support, organized, detailed-oriented, problem-solving and have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment. A successful candidate will be ready to take on more responsibilities related to operational efficiency and project management. Communication skills are key in this role as you will be working with customers and peers across Tesla.
What You’ll Do
Field and complete requests related to contracts, invoicing and other detailed inquiries. In-bound calls with simple, high-level questions are handled by a different team. Challenges and escalations are directed to Lease Maturity Customer Support
Proactively contact customers through outbound phone calls to ensure timely scheduling of inspections and returns
Manage customers challenging excess wear&tear deductions
Problem solve customer escalations by collaborating with internal teams and external teams

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Superior attention to detail under tight deadlines and comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
