Job Overview

We are searching for a strategic and experienced Value Stream Lead to drive the implementation of the SAP S/4HANA global process template within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role leads a multi‑functional team, oversees contractors and support staff, and shapes change management for a global deployment.Major Duties&Responsibilities

Deploy the pre-defined global Value Stream process template across regions and business units, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and SAP standards. Lead the deployment of the Value Stream template within S/4HANA, avoiding customizations unless strictly required by legal or regulatory requirements.Ensure design decisions conform to SAP Clean Core principles, favor configuration over custom development and use standard extensibility frameworks where needed. Lead cross‑functional teams including business SMEs, IT, SAP consultants, validation experts, and system integrators. Collaborate with other value stream leads (e.g., Procure to Pay, Finance, Manufacturing) to ensure fully integrated end‑to‑end process design.Act as a key connection between business units, program leadership, and technical teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, and business readiness. Oversee detailed solution design, configuration reviews, data migration validation, testing strategy (including GxP and CSV compliance), and business process walkthroughs.Manage Value Stream‑related testing activities including Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation activities in alignment with SDLC. Support creation and approval of Value Stream‑related validation deliverables in accordance with QA and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the Change Management team to drive user readiness and adoption of the global Value Stream template.Support creation and delivery of training materials and process documentation tailored to the needs of regulated users and business partners. Qualifications

University level degree or equivalent experience in quality, business/IT technical/scientific area or comparable education/experience. At least 8 years of professional experience. Deep knowledge of Value Stream processes in a GxP‑compliant environment, including commercial distribution, serialization, credit management, and revenue recognition.Strong team leadership or management skills. Solid understanding of SAP Clean Core principles, extensibility strategies (e.g., In‑App, Side‑by‑Side), and implications for long‑term system sustainability. Strong leadership, facilitation, and customer engagement skills, including experience working with business leaders, regulatory bodies, and global teams.Familiarity with CSV, SDLC, GXP. Proficiency with SAP tools including S/4HANA modules relevant to the Value Stream (e.g., Sales and Distribution, Credit Management, Billing), Fiori, or Solution Manager. Preferred: Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time both domestically and internationally.Preferred Skills
