Your Role at a Glance As a Management Intern within the Room Operations team, you will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including:

Creating and implementing new projects across our hotels.

Maintaining and observing the quality scores within Room Operations.

Communicating between the hotels and head office.

Improving procedures and manuals.

Organising meetings for Housekeeping.

Supporting audit activities across hotels, helping to review housekeeping operations, identify areas for improvement, and follow up on action plans.

Providing operational support by visiting hotels and working closely with on‑site teams.

Supporting Housekeeping teams on‑site during opening phases, helping ensure a smooth operational set‑up.

Assisting with the onboarding and training of new Housekeeping Managers.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You are a hotel management school student looking for an internship (minimum 8 months) starting in August/September 2026.

You are analytical, a strong communicator, and fluent in English (other languages are a plus).

You are ready to dive into a dynamic international role where no two days are the same.
