Product engineer&Requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for pension software delivery and operations services. Translate business needs and issues into clear specifications and resolutions for development teams, ensuring alignment with pension regulations and operational goals.Perform simple/complex product and process configuration. Conduct gap analyses and propose enhancements to existing processes and systems. Functional&technical expertise&process analysis

Senior Java developer keen on learning the Dutch pensions domain and Festina Finance platform. Possible skills: Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java full stack, Selenium, automated testing, Python. Analyze pension-related business processes (e.g., participant onboarding, benefit calculations, contribution flows) and identify opportunities for optimization.Support the design and testing of integrations between pension platforms and external systems (e.g., payroll, CRM, regulatory reporting). Perform system integration test case implementation and testing. Analyze failed regression test cases and add fixes. Conduct smoke testing. Contribute to product configuration and functional documentation for pension solutions.Delivery support&issue resolution

Provide first-line support for operations, testing and releases, helping resolve functional and technical issues and clarifying requirements. Track and manage defects, change requests, and user feedback throughout the delivery lifecycle. Assist in data migration validation and reconciliation activities.Stakeholder collaboration

Work closely with team leads, developers, testers, and client representatives to ensure successful delivery of pension operations services.
