Customer Success Advisor | German, Amsterdam

Your responsibilities :

Provide customer service in both German and English by phone, email, and chat Support customers with licensing, pricing, payment details, and order status Prepare quotes for software licences and renewals Follow up on quotes to support the sales process Process orders accurately, ensuring correct details and timely deliveriesCommunicate with suppliers to coordinate quotes and orders Work closely with Account Managers, Finance, Technical Support, and external partners to deliver excellent service Keep databases updated with customer and order details Support with other related administrative or service tasks as neededRequirements To excel in this role, you’ll need:

Fluent in both German (C2) and English (C1-C2), spoken and written At least 2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, administration or inside sales (B2B) Interested in IT/software industry Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly in a changing environment University degree or equivalentHighly organized, pro-active, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking Strong with numbers and comfortable working in a commercial environment Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Benefits Our client offers a direct contract (first contract will be 7 months) with a focus on long-term commitment, providing: Start date: ASAP A monthly salary ranging from€ 3.000 to €3.700 gross, depending on your experience and education Monthly bonuses linked to performance paid monthlyHoliday allowance. 25 vacation days. Reimbursement of travel costs up to€250 per month. Extensive training and ongoing support.
