Account Executive (Mid-Market) - Amsterdam | FinTech SaaS |€120K OTE Uncapped
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed fintech player that’s redefining how businesses manage spend, expenses, and financial workflows across Europe. With strong product-market fit, a loyal customer base, and the backing of a major European software group, the company is entering a new phase of growth; and building a next-generation sales team to match.

The role As an
Account Executive , you’ll focus on winning new business in the mid-market segment, owning the full sales cycle and building your own pipeline in collaboration with a high-performing SDR team.
You’ll be joining a tight-knit commercial team:
3 AEs + 1 Account Manager currently
Dedicated SDR team (3 today, growing)
New Head of Sales joining this month to scale and structure the team
What you’ll be doing
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Build and manage your own pipeline, supported by SDRs
Target mid-market companies across the Netherlands
Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and product teams
Contribute to shaping sales strategy and best practices
What we’re looking for
5+ years in SaaS sales, with at least 2-3 years in closing roles
Proven success in mid-market new business (hunting mindset)
Dutch and English fluent
Based in or near Amsterdam
Highly driven, proactive, and autonomous
Structured in your approach, yet collaborative by nature
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
This is a young, ambitious, and collaborative team where:
SDRs and AEs work closely together (yes, even cold calling side by side)
Success is shared, not siloed
Energy, accountability, and ownership are key
Office presence is encouraged (2-3 days/week in central Amsterdam)
Monthly net allowance
Mobile phone budget
Pension contribution (8.5%)
Health/sickness coverage
25 days holiday
