What You’ll Do

Lead Co‑Pilot Full Self‑Driving test drives with customers, showcasing Tesla’s autonomous technology through safe, engaging, and informative experiences.

Drive Full Self‑Driving adoption by creatively promoting test drives, ensuring customers grasp the future of driving.

Identify and nurture leads during store visits and events, building a pipeline through proactive engagement.

Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer questions, understanding needs, overcoming objections, and highlighting Tesla’s unique value.

Collaborate closely with the sales team and cross‑functional departments to align strategies and ensure a unified customer experience.

Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times, reflecting Tesla’s values and commitment to excellence in every interaction.

What You’ll Bring

Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Strong (or quickly learnable) knowledge of Tesla’s vehicles.

Ability to communicate information in a clear, easy‑to‑understand way.

Flexibility to work weekends and evenings when needed.

Fluency in Dutch&English.

Valid driver’s license.
