As

Senior Risk Manager , you’ll be instrumental in achieving this ambition. You’ll report directly to the Expert Lead Risk&Strategy and act as a trusted advisor across the organisation. Your impact This is not a back-office role. As a senior, you’ll take ownership, influence decisions, and guide teams through regulatory challenges while enabling growth. Your responsibilities include: Lead risk®ulatory topics : Own and interpret complex regulatory requirements (e.g., MiFID II, SFDR, PRIIPS, MAR) and translate them into actionable guidance for product squads. Be the bridge : Act as the primary contact for second-line functions (Legal, Compliance) and ensure alignment across teams. Drive change : Participate in strategic projects, such as implementing European sustainability legislation, and contribute to ING’s vision for proactive risk management.Build knowledge : Shape and share best practices, fostering a culture of compliance and innovation. You’ll balance growth ambitions with regulatory obligations, keeping ING’s investment proposition safe, transparent, and future-ready. How to succeed?
