Job Description As our CISO, you have responsibility for leading the Information Security Risk Management function within Allego. These will be your responsibilities:

You develop, own, and manage the information- and cyber security risk management strategy, policies, and governance framework.

You safeguard critical or sensitive information, processes and infrastructure

You develop and maintain a culture of information security awareness and behavior.

You ensure that the framework is supporting Privacy management

You ensure Allego has adequate Business Continuity Management, Business recovery and Crisis Management capabilities

You make sure Allego complies with external regulations like SOx, GDPR NIS2 and SEC reporting

You manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners

You have a direct reporting line to the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements You have experience operating as a Chief Information Security Officer. You have outstanding communication skills and have experience with internal and external stakeholder management. Also:

You focus on continuous improvement;

You have experience in cyber security;

You understand SOx and GDPR regulations;

You are familiar with NIS2 and SEC reporting;

You have a relevant Bachelor or (preferably) Masters degree.
