Area Sales Manager Petrol Stations Belgium

We are looking for an

Area Sales Manager

for our network of gas stations in the Antwerp area. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing 15 to 20 Texaco/Esso locations and directly managing the Site Managers. You will coach, motivate, and manage the Site Managers to increase turnover at the stations. You should possess excellent people management and strong analytical skills, as well as a keen understanding of P&L responsibilities. This is a field position, requiring significant travel. What we offer:

Employment conditions and salary according to

catering collective labor agreement;

a salary between€7,24 and €13,02 gross per hour (incl. holiday pay), from the age of 21 €14,48 gross per hour; Flexible working hours; 25

vacation days

on a full-time basis and 8% holiday allowance received monthly; Comprehensive training and education courses, including

crew trainer

and
