As a

Business IT Advisor , you will be responsible for ensuring that business requirements are well defined and provide value to end-users. Together with business stakeholders and end-users, you define and optimize software applications by identifying opportunities for improvement and translating these into software developments together with the IT department.Together with the Product Owner, domain experts, and end-users, you develop and organize further the required software support with the focus on maximizing the value for Energy System Planning while taking into account the broader goals of TenneT. You will collaborate with the IT department from a business perspective so that requirements defined are fit-for-purpose, meet business objectives, and architecture principles.Your key responsibilities: Determine and develop user requirements for software applications, to ensure maximum usability in alignment with the product owner, business stakeholders, and end-users; Manage enhancement requests, ensuring that they align with business goals and objectives; Ensure thorough quality assurance;Ensure comprehensive functional documentation; periodically review functional documentation based on continuous improvements and lessons learnt; Demonstrate and encourage end-to-end thinking; Foster open dialogue and transparency in line with the cultural values of TenneT: Ownership, Courage, and Connection.Your profile and background

You are a seasoned professional in business processes and technology solutions with the following qualifications: A completed bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field; At least 3 years of experience in business analysis and/or software development related project management or a related field;Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience with business process analysis, design, and documentation; Relevant experience in the software development lifecycle and experience in an agile way of working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders;Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate complex technology concepts to key stakeholders; Fluent in English and Dutch language (or an interest to learn).
