As a Project Lead you have a

very important

role to play! You are THE pivot in coordinating the work your project team is working on. Thanks to your skills, helicopter view and team spirit, you will make our important projects a success. So we're looking for you joining SOP-TRS as Project Lead. SOP-TRS is dedicated to developing and managing operational frameworks, processes, tools, and applications to ensure the safe and stable energy transport within the TenneT Transmission grid. We ensure compliance with all national and European Energy Laws, Regulations, and Codes. To fulfill our responsibilities effectively, SOP-TRS responds to challenges from politics, regulation, customers, and internal company needs by continuously enhancing System Operation processes and tools. Additionally, we actively influence the external framework of Transmission Services by participating in national and international working groups.Your key responsibilities are: Lead and manage multiple initiatives, ensuring they align with our strategic goals. Optimize portfolio planning by aligning initiatives to meet organizational demands. Ensure compliance with national and European Energy Laws, Regulations, and Codes. Collaborate closely and trustfully with the colleagues in SOP and other TenneT departments.Participate in national and international working groups to influence and stay informed. We’re looking for an experienced Project Lead to join our team in Arnhem, who is fluent in Dutch and English. In this role, you’ll manage complex projects within the energy sector, leveraging your proven experience. Your ability to navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment will be crucial as you proactively coordinate and oversee projects. Additionally, your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to build trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Project Management:

As our Project Lead, you’ll apply your expertise to manage complex projects. You recognize and understand, through experience and technical background, possible problems; You proactively coordinate and manage the projects. Basically, your technical background and strategic thinking will contribute to successful outcomes.Legal Compliance:

Stay informed about national and European Energy Laws, Regulations, and Codes. Ensure that projects adhere to legal requirements and industry standards. Leadership and Team Management:
