As a Client Success Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the ongoing success of our clients. You will work on building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, serving as a pivotal link between our clients and internal teams. Your primary goal is to ensure that our clients fully benefit from the solutions we provide, and you will play a pioneering role in identifying and implementing new strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the Arnhem office. Create, draft, and finalize quotes and policies for clients in a timely and accurate manner. Work closely with various internal teams to ensure that client needs are addressed promptly. Implement strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction.Organize and manage client files and data to ensure easy access and accuracy. Develop strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins, updates, and reviews. Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and work with clients to implement changes that enhance their success. Manage and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating where necessary to ensure resolution.Monitor client satisfaction through regular feedback and surveys, implementing strategies to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Contribute to business development initiatives, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to support new business acquisition. Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. It is a plus if you already have WFT certificates such as WFT Basic, WFT Insurance Individual, and WFT Insurance Business. If not, you must be willing to obtain these at our expense. Proven experience in a client success or account management role, preferably in the insurance, entertainment, or sports industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations. Proficiency in English, with additional languages considered a plus.Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to the dynamic nature of the sports industry. What We Offer
