As a Junior Account Manager for Wannet Sports Insurance, you will be responsible for supporting account managers in generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships. You are an important link between customers and the organization, ensuring that customers are satisfied with our services. You support account managers in preparing quotes, customer visits and account plans.Tasks and Responsibilities
Supporting account managers in managing existing customer relationships and building new ones in the insurance industry. Preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for customers in the insurance sector. Preparing and attending customer meetings and providing support in handling complaints and claims in the insurance industry.Collecting and analyzing customer and market information to identify trends and developments in the insurance sector. Creating account plans and monitoring progress in the insurance industry. Maintaining CRM systems and performing other administrative tasks. Requirements
Completed HBO education in a relevant field such as business administration, commercial economics or insurance. In possession of the required WFT certificates such as WFT Basic, WFT Private Insurance, and WFT Business Insurance. Good communication and sales skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proactive, independent, and results-oriented. Interest in the insurance industry and willingness to gain knowledge about insurance.
