As an HR Assistant you are part of the Human Resources department, an enthusiastic team of HR Advisors, HR Assistants, Recruiters, Recruitment Assistants, Payroll Specialists, Absenteeism Case Managers, People System&Reporting Analyst, Team Leads and Managers. You are responsible for the daily administrative follow-up of HR-related matters. You also work with your colleagues on various HR projects. Some of your core tasks

In collaboration with HR Advisors, you are responsible for a number of regions in the country. You take care of administrative work regarding inflow, throughflow and outflow and you follow up on contractual changes. You are responsible for submitting changes for the payroll administration, such as mileage and work clothing declarations.You are the first point of contact for questions from managers and employees by e-mail and telephone. You support the HR Advisors with takeovers of (station) locations and presentations at regional meetings. What we offer:

Competitive salary depending on education, relevant experience and skills. 24 vacation days (based on full-time) and 2 additional vacation days every 1 year of employment, with a maximum of 5 additional days per year. 0.23 cents/km travel allowance (up to 30 km one way). Fixed 13th month. Variable bonus scheme based on EBITDA and performance.A fixed-term contract at the start and after this period the opportunity for growth into a permanent appointment. You have completed an MBO or HBO HRM (related) course. You work in a structured way, are a real doer and can work independently. You don't avoid challenges. You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written. About EG Group
