high‑voltage electricity grids

across the Netherlands and Germany.

Connecting

offshore and onshore wind energy

to the continent

Reinforcing

high‑voltage transmission lines and substations

Ensuring grid stability and energy security in Central Europe

To support this program, we are currently looking for a

Procurement Technician

to join our

project team in Arnhem (Netherlands) .

About the project

Location:

Arnhem, Netherlands

Scope:

High‑voltage transmission lines and electrical substations (onshore&offshore integration)

Large‑scale EPC projects, international teams, technical and site‑oriented execution

Duration:

Long‑term program with strong continuity and growth opportunities

This is not a corporate or back‑office purchasing role.

Procurement here is directly linked to project execution, engineering and construction.

As

Procurement Technician , you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of high‑voltage electrical projects by supporting procurement activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Managing

RFQs , bid comparisons and supplier evaluations

Supporting procurement decisions in coordination with

engineering and project teams

Issuing and following up

purchase orders and contracts

Monitoring deliveries, logistics and

expediting activities

Ensuring compliance with ACCIONA’s procurement procedures

Supporting cost control, reporting and supplier performance monitoring

Working closely with site and project teams in a dynamic, international environment

Who we are looking for We are looking for professionals who enjoy

project environments , technical challenges and international exposure.

Must‑have requirements

Experience in

procurement / purchasing

within

industrial, electrical, infrastructure or EPC projects

Comfortable working close to

engineering, construction and site teams

Professional level of

English

(project language)

Availability and willingness to relocate and live in Arnhem, Netherlands

Legal right to work in the European Union

Nice to have

Experience in:

Electrical substations

Energy or renewables infrastructure

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar)

Background in engineering, supply chain, procurement or project management
