Are you a business analyst who can hit the ground running, make sense of complex processes, and leave documentation so clean your colleague can pick it up without missing a beat? Our partner is building the grid for the energy transition, and they need your structured thinking to keep the change teams moving.

The challenge You are temporarily covering for a colleague on maternity leave, stepping into two Scrum teams at once. One is building a centralized platform to bring project information, processes, and decisions into one integrated environment. The other is deep in data: Snowflake products, CIM implementation for standardized data exchange, and a new AI knowledge base. Both teams need someone who documents well, gets up to speed fast, and bridges the gap between business needs and development reality.

What you will be doing

Mapping complex operational processes end to end and keeping the full picture visible across both teams and the wider ART

Translating strategic and business needs into epics, features, and well-refined user stories the dev team can actually run with

Analyzing processes from multiple angles, stakeholders, data, information flows, existing systems, and chain partner landscapes

Documenting requirements, manuals, and process information clearly enough that handover is seamless

Supporting the introduction and implementation of solutions, working closely with product owners, key users, and business owners

What we are looking for

HBO+ or academic working level with at least 3 years as a business or data analyst in a complex environment

Hands‑on experience with data analysis and information analysis, not just adjacent to it

Comfortable working agile, you know what a backlog refinement actually looks like in practice

Able to process large amounts of information quickly, structure it, and communicate it clearly to different audiences

Energy sector experience is a plus, curiosity and strong communication skills are non‑negotiable

This is not a passive support role. You are the analytical backbone of two motivated teams working on some of the most relevant infrastructure challenges in the Netherlands. Real scope. Real impact. And a clean handover at the end.
