Cloud Native Data Engineer– Hadoop&Kubernetes - Hybrid Gelderland - 12 Months Rolling

One of Europe’s largest and most important players in the

energy transition

is looking for a skilled

Cloud Engineer

to manage and modernize their critical on premise data platform.

You will join a multidisciplinary Scrum team responsible for the stability, performance, and future proofing of the central data platform, while actively contributing to the migration toward a cloud native environment.

Key responsibilities:

Manage, maintain and optimize Hadoop and Kubernetes based applications Monitor performance and resolve technical incidents Develop automation scripts (Bash/Python) to reduce manual work Support data migrations to cloud native solutions Work with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform&Ansible preferred)

What you bring:

Solid experience with Kubernetes and Linux Experience with Hadoop (required) Scripting skills (Bash / Python) Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Packer is a strong plus Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments
