Primary Responsibilities Include:
Ensure defect free servicing and delivery of equipment and products on service and non-service operated projects.
Cost effectively coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the service facility.
Warrant document control to support accounts payables (purchase order&work order documentation compliance), receivables (job log and service tickets compliance) and operations related human resources (timesheet/expenses management).
Supervise, train, develop, motivate and deploy delegates to achieve optimal performance.
Ensure full compliance with governmental policies, requirements and procedures on QHSE regulations.
Ensure full compliance with all WIS QMS/QHSE policies and procedures.
Assist in preparation of QMS/QHSE reports.
Execute all work assignments to the highest quality level and standards.
Available on a 24 hours call basis to respond to operations support requirements.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
