Mount Analytics - (Senior) Manager, Baarn

Role As a (senior) manager, you are part of our delivery team for client projects as well as the development and delivery of our own products.

Perform the day-to-day management of our client projects

Provide on-the-job guidance to our analysts and engineers

Identify trends, develop new propositions and expand our customer base

Define and update our go-to-market product strategies

In addition, we expect our managers to have a good understanding of analytics and/or software engineering to ensure proper advice to our clients and teams. Given the current rate of change in the market, you will need to stay on top of new market trends and suggest strategic changes where necessary.

Your profile We are looking for ambitious and experienced people who have a clear understanding of analytics, how to best apply it and how to provide guidance to our clients on adopting new technology.

Bachelor or Master’s degree in (Quantitative) Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or Economics

5+ years of working experienceProven track record in management of (project) teams

Ability to design and implement target operating models

Strong foundation in statistical analysis or data engineering
