Responsibilities Role Overview: As an HR intern, you will assist HR Generalist on all operational duties. Responsibilities range from recruitment, on&off-boarding, attendance management, employee relation and employee benefit management to periodic optimization projects. For this internship, we need to have a third-party internship agreement arranged with your school. Responsibilities:

Assist HR Generalist on recruitment and on/offboarding processes including job description drafting, CV screening, interview coordination, recruitment confirmation and trainings;

Responsible for attendance data management and analysis;

Assist HR Generalist on employee benefit management including but not limited to new benefits plan design, team building arrangement and other projects to improve employment experience;

Assist HR Generalist on payrolling and legal issues;

Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or other related majors.

Bilingual in English and Chinese. Excellent in verbal and written communication.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good time management and problem-solving skills.

Ability to take initiatives and stress-resistance.

Good Office skills is preferred, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.

Dutch reading and speaking skill will be a plus.
