Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, or Industrial Engineering) Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Strong data analysis skills (SPC, DOE, KPI monitoring) Knowledge of statistical tools and MS Excelfor data analysisUnderstanding of quality standards (ISO, IPC) and regulatory requirements Ability to create and maintain process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans) Preferred: knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001 and experience with APQP, PPAP Ability to lead change initiatives and influence colleagues Wat mag je verwachten?
