Software Engineer, Best

Your mission As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, test, and implement software solutions in domains such as embedded systems, backend development, or system-level integration. You’ll contribute to the architecture and long-term technical quality of our software, collaborating closely with colleagues from hardware, DevOps, and systems engineering.

Responsibilities Your responsibilities include:

Designing and developing scalable, maintainable software components.

Writing clean, well‑documented code that aligns with our standards.

Participating in peer reviews and technical discussions.

Contributing to a respectful, learning‑oriented team culture.

Engaging in peer reviews, technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen collective code quality

Taking ownership of your work and proactively solving issues.

Supporting cross‑site collaboration in an increasingly global organization.

Qualifications

A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and/or JavaScript.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines and collaborative development in multidisciplinary teams.

Understanding of system integration and interaction between software and hardware.

Knowledge of Linux

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
